I contacted Peter at Cape Cod Computer.info this February because I was having trouble with my computer’s CD/DVD drives, as well as a few other issues that were well beyond my limited computer capabilities. I was very surprised that I was offered an appointment the same day, but had to request one a few days later due to another commitment that day.
Peter showed up the morning promised and I was very pleased with the service which included reformatting my hard drives and reloading all my software. In addition he downloaded for me several free music editing programs as well as virus protection which he felt superior to what I was running. Since then the computer is behaving well, and I’m amazed at how much faster it is performing.
